We Offer a Six-Month Warranty On Most Repairs. Here are the guidelines for your Warranty:

No Tampering by Unqualified Personnel During the Warranty Period
We Do Not Cover Lightning Damage or Power Surges during the Warranty Period
We Do Not Cover Acts of God During the Warranty Period (Tornado, Earthquake, etc.)
We Do Not Cover Our Repairs If The Unit Has Been Dropped During the Warranty Period

Unplug Your Equipment During Lightning Storms - This is a Smart Practice!
If an Act of God Occurs to You, We Will Work With You to File an Insurance Claim
Take Good Care of your Equipment - You Will Reap the Rewards by Doing So
Tampering with the unit during the Warranty Period voids our 6 month warranty

Stong Customer Education Goals

Our Goal is to educate our customers before and after the service. For example, most amplifiers are damaged because the customer is not familiar with speaker impedance warnings and limits. We give our customers hand-outs that identify the 3 primary ways that an amplifier is damaged, as well as handouts that educate customers on how to calculate the total speaker load that is presented to their amplifiers.
